As well as his clients, Sobukola is also passionate about providing growth opportunities to an untapped yet talented market. From his experience in Sub-Saharan Africa, he noticed a large number of very bright University graduates who didn't have enough work opportunities before them. So, to help them develop their skills in the working world, Sobukola started to outsource compliance services to these university graduates and fast forward to today, he also now has a high-performing team overseas to support clients where needed.

Ovie is an external consultant and helps clients with Pensions and other financial planning topics.
Ovie studied at Durham University, and has a Masters degree from Cranfield University.
He is a Fellow with the Chartered Insurance Institute, having gone beyond the Chartered, gold standard of Financial Advice in 2019.
Ovie’s main focus is helping individuals achieve their financial goals and aspirations, whilst making a social impact on global communities for individuals who may be less fortunate.
In his spare time, Ovie enjoys family time engaged in sport with his son, especially squash and golf amongst other interests.
